Lovingly designed and handmade by Rhonda-Lynne Lanctot of Lanctot’s Loveables Teddy Bears, Scruffins features sparkling glass eyes and ultra-suede paw pads, carefully needle-sculpted to show off his adorable little toes.
Around his neck, he wears a fun and colorful pendant decorated with pink and blue bubbles, a playful finishing touch for this bright and bouncy bear.
